The ingredients needed to prepare Paneer Tikka:

  1. Get of Marination.
  2. Get 300 gm of paneer.
  3. Provide 1/2 cup of hung curd.
  4. Use 2 tbsp of Roasted besan.
  5. Use 2 tbsp of Soaked musk melon& soaked cashew paste.
  6. Take 1 tbsp of turmeric.
  7. Take 2 tbsp of kashmiri red chilli.
  8. Get 2 tbsp of ginger and chili paste.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Roasted cumin powder.
  10. Provide 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
  11. Prepare 1&1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  12. Use 2 of small size lemon juice.
  13. You need to taste of Salt according.
  14. Provide 1&1/2 tsp of mustard oil.

Steps to make Paneer Tikka:

  1. Take a pan. Add besan and slightly roast in medium flame.
  2. Take a bowl add hung curd, salt, chily powder, coriander powder, ginger and chily paste, garam masala, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, mustard oil, muskmelon &cashew paste and roasted besan and turmeric mix all together.
  3. Now cut paneer cut into big piece and add to the paste and give a gentle stir and in keep in fridge for half an hour until paneer marinate properly.
  4. Soak skewer for half an hour and arrange paneer pieces.
  5. Pre heat grill pan and apply butter and grill paneer in medium flame from al sides.
